INFORMATION

UK Delivery Times

We only display items on the website that we currently have in stock. In most cases, stock can be taken from our main warehouse, and you will receive your item(s) within 2 working days from the point of placing an order. If we have to source the item(s) from one of our stores' stockrooms, this takes a little longer and delivery is usually within 3-5 days. If you need your items by a particular date, please let us know by using the additional shipping notes. (For overseas destinations please see the chart below).

Next day delivery, morning delivery and weekend delivery may be available with a surcharge, depending on stock location and delivery post code. If this is required please call our customer service team on: 0161 743 3847 to discuss.

UK Delivery Methods

When you spend over £150, delivery is FREE to standard UK addresses. In the UK we use Interlink for standard delivery, and TNT for oversized parcels (e.g. skis and snowboards). Gift Vouchers are sent with Royal Mail using Special Delivery. For all Interlink and Royal Mail deliveries, you will receive an automated email on the night of dispatch that allows you to track to the progress of the delivery. For TNT deliveries, we will email you with your tracking number on the morning of the delivery.

Particular Delivery Date Requests

If you are ordering goods for a particular holiday departure date or as a gift for a birthday etc., please inform us in the Delivery Notes field when making your order so we can make every effort to meet this deadline. The last day we can accept ONLINE orders for a guaranteed pre-Christmas UK delivery is 18th December. We'll try our very hardest with orders placed after this date but they'll be at the mercy of product stock availability and our couriers. * Please call 0161 743 3847 for more info and live stock status.

For international orders we can only send goods to the registered credit or debit card billing address. 

Norway: National ID number needed prior to despatch. 

†Estimated Delivery Time is from dispatch of your parcel - not from the order date. Please allow 1-5 days for dispatch, depending on stock availability.

All orders are subject to credit card security checks. In the case of international orders, some countries (eg. France, Denmark & Australia) do not divulge the relevant information for these checks to be carried out.
Therefore, if you wish to continue with your order, we require faxed confirmation of your credit card billing address (e.g. the top of a recent statement).

We must have a contact telephone or fax number in order for us to get in touch with you regarding any urgent queries relating to your order, (which we can use between 08:30 and 18:00 GMT/bST). Please also confirm your international dialing code.

For most international orders of 2 kg and over we dispatch our goods via Interlink Express. For items under 2Kg we use Royal Mail International Recorded or Registered. These services offer tracking & tracing throughout, and require a signature on receipt.

Orders from all BFPO addresses must be able to provide us with faxed confirmation from a commanding officer that they are entitled to V.A.T. free goods.

Delivery times are dependant on the service used and destination. If you require goods for a specific time/date then please indicate in the Notes box provided when making your order and allow sufficient time for delivery, in case of any problems with the relevant postal services.

We are only permitted to ship The North Face products to the EEA (i.e. the Member States of the European Union; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom + Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland) and the following other countries: Andorra, Austrailia, Greenland, Monaco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Switzerland & United Arab Emirates.
