    With Ellis Brigham, returns are hassle free (mainland UK only). If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange then you can either send it back to our mail order address, return it to one of our stores, or we can arrange to collect the item(s) from a UK address of your choice for a charge of £8.     And if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we will send them out free of charge, so there are no additional carriage charges to pay (UK orders, non-sale items only).
