Under Wrap Heelcup: The heel hoop attaches underneath the base plate at the front of the binding to increase the amount of leverage from the binding to the board on both toeside and heelside turns.
Rome Highbacks: All Rome highback’s are profiled to give a gap free fit that contours from the heel profile through to the spine of the boot. All highback’s are fully rotational and allow the binding to lock down the heel and give direct energy transfer to where the rider needs it to be.
Autostrap: When you release a Rome binding strap it automatically pulls away from the base plate so you can effortlessly step in without having to pull the strap away or worse still tread all over it.
PF ankle straps: Rome ankle straps are constructed from multiple layers of materials, which place the softest closest to the foot graduating to the hardest layers further away. As the rider leans into the strap the materials are gradually compressed together delivering progressively higher levels support. So the faster you ride the stiffer the binding becomes.
Quckstrap: Easily adjustable slider system that allows you to alter the strap length without having to remove the fixing screw.
Base padding: Compression Moulded EVA pad that dampens out unwanted shocks and impacts.
ConFormist Toe Strap: A toe strap that can be used over the front of the boot or conventionally over the top of the boot.
Boot Centring: By having the adjustment in the heelcup the boot can be centred in the binding reducing the overhang out of the front or back of the binding normally associated with fixed heelcup bindings.
