Performance Profile: All Terrain Riding

The Headline is all new for this season and replaces the stalwart Solution. Like its predecessor it is aimed at riders who a looking for a board that will ride all types of terrain and all styles of riding. Essentially it is the classic quiver-in-one snowboard. Built around an all new directional shape, Rome have integrated state of the art thinking into the Headline delivering superb performance at a great price. Internally it utilises the Pop2 core which integrates denser woods down the edges to give added pop into and out of the turn. This is then matched perfectly with 45° tri-ax glass structural layers to create a torsionally responsive feel that allows the rider to push the board hard with total confidence. Additionally, Rome use environmentally friendly basalt fibres along the sidecut, increasing torsional rigidity along the sidecut to step up the on-edge response. Top this off with a high quality sintered base and you have a great performing snowboard at a great price.
