GOLD MEDAL WINNING ALL TERRAIN FREESTYLE CHARGER

Jamie Anderson's gold medal-winning Ladies Choice is aimed at more experienced riders who are looking for the ultimate in freestyle flavoured all-terrain performance. Equally at home in the terrain park, as it is charging groomers as it is stomping side hits, this genuinely stunning board does have the tools to do it all. Built around a state of the art asymmetric twin shape and jam-packed with some of the most advanced construction there is, the Ladies Choice is an absolute tour de force of technology and performance. No wonder then that this was one of the most popular boards in all of the pre-season tests.

Rider Style
Experienced riders who are looking for a high-performance board that perfectly balances freestyle and all-terrain riding.

Shape Overview
Heading up the Ladies Choice is the state of the art Asymmetric Twin chassis. This innovative shape has been designed to offset the bodies inability to drive energy into the heelside as efficiently as on the toeside. Utilising an asymmetric wood core for a softer flex on the deeper heelside edge and revised contact angles and length, this state of the art design delivers a level of control unlike any other board in its class. Now one of the things that you'll notice when you ride this board is just how solid and stable it is on edge. This is in part due to the Magne Traction sidecut which places seven strategically located edge serrations along the length of the sidecut. These add extra traction points ensuring that you get unrivalled edge hold and control.

Profile
As the Ladies Choice is all about versatility, Gnu fit it with the C2 hybrid Rocker/Camber profile. This places mild rocker between your feet with powerful cambers to the tip and tail to deliver the perfect balance of power, pop and precision while enhancing float in deep pow. Also, those aggressive cambers work in perfect harmony with the Magna Traction sidecut to give a stable and confidence inspiring feeling through the turn.

Construction
Heading up the Ladies Choice's state of the art construction is the innovative G3 Asym Core. This unique wood core constructed from a combination of aspen, paulownia and balsa is designed to work in total unison with the asymmetric shape. By increasing the % of softer flexing paulownia onto the heelside of the core, you create a softer flex on that side of the board, enabling the rider to drive the heelside sidecut deeper into the turn without sacrificing the overall pop of the core. To this Gnu then add structural layers formed from a combination of tri-ax and bi-ax glass. These deliver the perfect balance of torsional strength but with a more freestyle flavoured flex through the length. Finally, Gnu also adds additional bio fibres which help dampen out the board, ensuring that not only does the Ladies Choice deliver exceptional performance, it's also great to ride all day long.

Base
To ensure that the ladies Choice lives up to its billing, Gnu fit it with their sintered base. This fast and tough base material has excellent wax hold and delivers great performance across a wide spectrum of snow conditions.
