50% Carbon/Nylon Composite Re:Flex Baseplate
One material throughout the whole baseplate creates a consistent response and feel across all kinds of terrain. With a blend of 30% short-glass/nylon composite, the Genesis Step-On delivers the ideal balance of control and response with freestyle friendly feel. With a minimised, cored baseplate and Living Hinge™ disc, Re:Flex™ allows the board to flex more naturally. This delivers a smoother ride and enables the sidecut to retain its optimum shape throughout the turn.
Toe Hooks 2.0
The redesigned 2.0 Toe Hooks Toe hooks feature a spring hinge that flexes to give easy entry and exit. Sitting slightly taller than the first generation toe hooks they offer a more dynamic engagement.
Kickback Hammock Highback:
This ergonomic 18% short-glass/nylon highback follows the natural contours of your left and right legs to maximise both control and comfort. It can be set with Zero forward lean for a more relaxed ride or cranked forward for a more aggressive reactive ride. The two-piece, heel-hugging Hammock design works like a shock absorber for the calf muscles. The interaction between an internal spring and rubber over-moulded hammock results in increased response and reduced vibration while your heel is cradled in complete suspension.
Heel Buckle
Working in conjunction with the heel cleat as the primary retention system, the heel buckle is designed with the same functionality of a ratchet buckle and features Smooth Glide™ technology to ensure easy engagement.
Release Lever
The Release Lever is a low-profile, easy-access lever found on the heelcup of the binding. Pull the lever up, let it go, and the boot is released, allowing the rider to step out. The handle automatically resets after you step out, allowing riders to step back on instantaneously.
Re:Flex FullBED Cushioning System
FullBED cushioning offers full underfoot cushioning that maximizes comfort while minimizing fatigue. Anchored to the baseplate, its stealth trap door design makes it easy to access the mounting hardware
