Shape Overview: Directional
The Mayhem Rockets' unique Matt Biolo penned all-terrain shape delivers the perfect combination of powder board float with all-mountain versatility. Built around a state-of-the-art Diamond tipped, tapered directional outline, the Mayhem Rocket features an innovative floaty early-rise nose profile. This unique design gives superb lift and float in the pow, but thanks to its weight-saving shape, it's not too unwieldy for everyday use. Enhancing float and stability even further is the mid-width, by increasing surface area via width rather than length, makes the Mayhem Rocket stay easily afloat whilst remaining manoeuvrable underfoot. The Mayhem Rocket's unique double-tail design is one of the most noticeable things about the board. This unique shape allows the board to run with a more traditional sidecut arc to enhance turning performance but also creates a lower volume tail which allows the back of the board to sink in powder; in other words, it gives you the best of both worlds. The Mayhem Rocket features an elliptical sidecut to enhance the board's performance through the carve. This advanced sidecut profile is synced with the set-back camber and flex to enhance drive through the carve, making this one of the most enjoyable all-terrain boards to ride on the piste.

CAMBER 3: this is camber engineered for high-performance snowboarding. Very mild rocker between your feet combined with powerful cambers to the tips and tails. Mild rocker balances pressure distribution tip to tail eliminating the "dead space" between your feet, maximising edge hold, pop, power and precision with the benefit of a little extra float and carve when you need it.

Construction
Internally the Mayhem Rocket utilises Lib-Techs OP + construction. This responsive construction is headed up by the OP wood core, combining 75% Aspen and 25% lightweight paulownia with birch stringers parallel to the sidecut. This lightweight yet powerful core delivers the perfect balance of pop and power with a more freestyle-friendly overall feel. To this Lib Tech, add structural layers formed from a combination of tri-ax glass on the top band and bi-ax glass on the lower band. This mix of glass allows the board's designers to dial in the perfect all-day riding flex through the length with a more responsive torsional flex for when you need increasing control and response.
