The Invado is a new addition to the Vans collection for 20/21 and is aimed at riders who are looking for a freestyle focussed boot that delivers exceptional performance at a great price. Packed to the gunnels with advanced design and technology, the Invado delivers the perfect balance of rider-friendly flex and next-level board control and feel. Key to its class-leading performance and versatility is its combination of traditional lace and Boa closure. The classic lace closure allows you to get a perfect tension no matter what or where you ride, lace it loose for the park, lace it tight for the mountain. However, no matter how you choose to ride the Invado, you’re never going to sacrifice heel hold and response. Thanks to the side-mounted Boa, the heel is locked down completely independent of how you lace your boots, giving you the freedom to tune your flex without ever sacrificing performance.
Fit Profile:
A well balanced overall fit that’s works with most foot shapes. Mid-Width in both the forefoot and the heel ensures that you get a supportive fit with good heel hold. The Ultracush Liner gives a snug fit but doesn’t feel over tight.

Although it’s old and slow compared to most modern closure systems, traditional lace closure is still the system to beat. Giving you complete control of the boot tension it’s still the preferred closure system for freestyle snowboarders. Lace it loose for the park, Lace it tight for the mountain

The Ultracush is Van’s classic heat-mouldable liner. Its combination of dual-density foam, neoprene toe box and the brushed fleece cuff not only provide the perfect freestyle support, but they also deliver a liner that gives outd=standing levels of fit and comfort.

The V1 Harness is the lightest harness in the Vans range. Designed to work specifically with the V1 Liner, it is designed to ensure effective support and heel lockdown.
