The Byron Bay longboard is a collaboration between Globe and iconic Australian shaper Eden Saul. Utilising a Dead Kooks/CMYK Clear Flame is a Surf-inspired, Resin-8 hard rock maple deck featuring a mellow concave with kick tail, the Byron Bay delivers a stable and reassuring ride. Add to this the Slant Reverse Kingpin trucks and 7omm 78a wheels and you have a longboard that’s equally at home cruising around as it is bombing hills.

REGROWTH
As one the world’s largest manufacturers of premium skateboards, Globe clearly use a significant amount of wood in their production. In order to off-set the timber they use to construct their skateboards, their goal is to engage in forestry efforts that replace far more than they consume. To that effect, Globe have partnered with the National Forest Foundation (NFF) to donate to their tree-planting program. Globes ongoing donations to the NFF plant at least 3 times the amount of trees they harvest annually in the making of their skateboards
