Directional boards are designed to travel forward. The Shape differs from front to rear, whilst the flex, sidecut and stance are setback from the centre. Directional boards have a longer nose and shorter tail; this increases lift and float. The setback stance and flex enhance carving performance.

DeathGrip Sidecut is a design theory that incorporates a reverse sidecut arc in the midsection of the board. This reverse camber arc provides a point of contact to apply pressure and retain control throughout the turn in both freestyle and freeride settings.

Diamond Tips
Diamond tips are a great way to get volume into a nose or tail without increasing swing weight. By adding extra length to the tips and then removing more excess material away with a straight cut rather than a curve, you channel snow under the nose, increasing lift without adding weight. Genius.
