Thank U Snowboarding is a celebration of the UK snowboard scene, a deep dive into its journey from ‘Ban This Killer Craze’ to the mainstream and a nostalgia-fuelled look back at the glory years. For this weeks episode host Chris Craknell sits down with Mark Munson, an avid skater turned reluctant snowboarder who went on to kick down door after door to carve out a life and career for himself in action sports. Mark’s done it all. No, really he has. After a seasonaire stint in Bourg Saint Maurice, Mark went on to ride and manage Duotone Snowboards in the UK, he then climbed the ladder at Airwalk and Duffs on the skate side of things, he started his own game changing Angling brand, made a sticker book, and now he grows rhubarb.
